Subcutaneous Daudi Human Lymphoma Cancer Xenograft Model
Cell information:
Daudi cells are derived from human Burkitt lymphoma cells. Beta-2-microglobulin is negative and expresses EBNA, VCA, and sIg. This cell carries Epstein-Barr virus and is a typical B lymphoblastic cell line, which can be used to study the pathogenesis of leukemia. Model information:
Subcutaneously inoculated in NOD/SCID mice and matrigel is required for tumor formation. Usually grouping at about 9 days after inoculation, and treatment time window after grouping is about 19 days.
