Subcutaneous Jeko-1 Xenograft model in PBMC-humanized mouse
Cell information:
JeKo-1 cells are derived from human mantle cell lymphoma cells. JeKo-1 cells are negative for EB virus and express a B cell phenotype of IgM. The cells express CD3-, CD5+, CD10+, CD19+, and overexpress cyclin D1, Bcl-2, c-Myc and Rb proteins. Click for more information (https://depmap.org/portal/cell_line/ACH-000357?tab=mutation)
Model information:
For subcutaneous inoculation, the mouse strains are NOG and NOG-dko, and matrigel is required for tumor formation. On the day of inoculation, 2.0*106 PBMC cells per mouse were injected into the tail vein.
